Hello, I'm Yanting.
Chinese-born writer, healer, and founder living in the UK.
Lifelong self-healer — not by hobby, by necessity.
I spent years building identities to make other people proud, shrinking to be loved, and searching for answers in books, teachers, and work. Eventually I understood: the way out was a way back. Back to the parts of me I'd hidden to survive.
These days I write about that journey, guide a small number of people through their own, and share what I'm learning as I live it — including the book I'm writing about coming home to yourself.

This is private, personal work — part reflective coaching, part inner child and energy work, part honest conversation. There's no fixed formula: we shape it around your season, and we work toward the same thing everything on this page points to — you, trusting yourself again.
It begins with a short application. Not to be exclusive — but because this work goes best when we're genuinely aligned, and I'd rather tell you honestly if I'm not the right person for what you need. I read every application personally and reply within 3–5 working days.
This is supportive spiritual and reflective work. It complements, but never replaces, therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, or professional legal and financial advice.
